My name is Mia and I’m here to be your spiritual coach so you can expand into a magical, creative and miraculous life.

I’m a spiritual guide/ coach, yoga teacher, designer and art historian. My work is to be a support and help you navigate the inner worlds of emotions, healing, energy and spirituality. My mission is to support your authentic self to shine and expand.

I have been on a journey of going from wanting to be a Tibetan buddhist nun, to falling back in love with life - and seeing the world as the source of the Divine - the sacred feminine, the goddess, and art in all its forms. I have my training as a buddhist of many years for meditation and the mind as well as being a yogini for now around twenty years, parallell to studies and teaching in the Sacred Feminine, the emotional energetic wisdom and return to the softness, self-love and compassion. The journey is one of transformation, and I have been on this journey myself moving from tightness, self limiting beliefs, judgment to feeling vibrant, full of love and divinely connected and guided. I have been teaching and guiding meditation, yoga, workshops and retreats for since I lived in Bali 10 years ago.

I offer you a space in total safety, confidentiality, compassion and playfulness to connect to your inner life. When we work together I tailor make a plan just for you, and practices that fits your needs and callings.

I’m a certified ashtanga Mahavidyas Tantric Goddess yoga teacher, and a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher. My trainings are in mindfulness meditation, tibetan buddhism, hatha yoga, asthanga yoga, sacred feminine, tantra, breathwork, cognitive behavioral therapy, energy healing, and abstract contemporary art.
