Join me in kundalini yoga & meditation to access clearer happier energy and open up to radiance. Kundalini is excellent for mental health and clearing stagnant energy. It makes the energy flow and opens us to connect with the Divine light within. For this yoga class we start with movements, followed by chanting, and ending with relaxation. This is a gentle class perfect for beginners and all levels desiring a soft radiant start of the weekend.
There will be a pause between December 19th - January 2th for Christmas.
